Sierra 12, a mobile tool truck driver for aircraft mechanics, experiences a slow night on the flight line. When Sierra 4, the flight line chief, requests speed tape, Sierra 12 embarks on a covert mission to find it, knowing it’s a valuable resource in short supply.
