The Dragon Slayer Mocktail
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. dragonfruit syrup
Sparkling water to top
Pour lemon juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake 40 times. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling water.
