Episode Synopsis

Dr. Sartor is the Associate Vice-President of Diversity and Spiritual Council Development at Judson University. Dr. Sartor has expertise in Environmental Design, Architectural Design, Research Methodologies, Multi-Cultural Studies, Architectural Programming & Cultural Anthropology. He earned a master's degree in Architecture from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Ala., and a Ph.D. in Environmental Design (with specialties in Cultural Anthropology and Multicultural Studies) from The Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also a licensed minister and serves as pastor and youth minister for Come As You Are Church (CAYA #1) in Elgin, Ill. Dr. Sartor is the author of several books, and a member of several professional affiliates. He was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities’ (CCCU) Commission on Diversity and Inclusion.  During the period of civil unrest and uncertainty, Dr. Sartor directs, mentors, and cultivates an atmosphere of achievement  and excellence despite the circumstances. He has been steadfast and intentional in seeking justice and equality for all.   This man of God is taking the time to bless, share perspectives and affect change.
