Listen "Classroom Updates and the 50 Mile Challenge"
Episode Synopsis
In episode 45...The first week of school is here, and Paul and I dive into the chaos that comes with it. I share an update on our school’s new cell phone restrictions and admit that—like many adults—I’m probably too attached to mine. From there, Paul takes us into the story of President John F. Kennedy reviving a Marine Corps challenge from 1908: walking 50 miles in three days. We talk about Robert F. Kennedy completing the trek and Paul’s invitation for me to join him in the JFK 50-Mile Challenge this November. The conversation ends with a nod to the Camino de Santiago and a pact to walk 10 miles continuously within the next two weeks.🎧 Listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3E6bSduPq3XQyY4jQd6WjK 🎥 Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@DownrightMindful 📱 Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/downrightmindful 👍 Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DownrightMindful
