While I've been talking about Covid DAILY in my work life, I realize it's been a while on the podcast.  In today's episode, I want to talk about this Covid Season we are in PLUS Flu Season we are about to enter.  It is important for you as a leader to understand the realities of your most vulnerable clients and do what you can to educate and empower your staff as well as the clients themselves.  While today we'll use seniors as the main example, there are many others at risk of complications due to covid-19.
