We will meet, Kristi Jones, Program Analyst with California State Parks’ Division of Boating and Waterways and Doug Powell, Retired Lieutenant from Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department as well as a member of the California State Sheriff’s Boating and Watercraft Safety Committee, and a member of the California Boater Card Technical Advisory Group.
