So we're all waking up to the idea that we just haven't cared enough about our customers, don't be hard on yourself, we've kinda sleep walked into this.
Let me explain, we all embraced social media and paid search engine marketing, WE HAD NO CHOICE.
But companies before this time did have a choice and some companies did get their story right, looked after their story and their customers.
A story I have to share is about my visit to a Tiffiny store in NYC, USA. It was the start of a lifetime story. And no matter just how much advertising
has hit that space (Jewellery), I'll keep going back.
Now, the other part of the podcast is about Twitter, I was until earlier this week thinking Elon was going to pull off some genius move, but as the days pass it looks like his goal is to kill it... why, I have no idea... but I always say "there is a reason for everything, we just don't know what the reason is.... yet"
