We hear about the role of supporter liaison and more about his current role centred on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion which Dave feels echoes messages from key figures in the past. We discuss Ann Swanson and the Junior Hornets, the "G" word, racism and we get a better conversational understanding of what goes on behind the "We" campaign.
