Having held key positions in public life with Malaysia's telco regulator MCMC and in the International Telecommunications Unions (ITU), Commonwealth Telecommunication Organisation, World Bank and the United Nations Development Program, Dato' Sharil Tarmizi has a unique viewpoint on the local and international regulatory landscape.
