DJ TRooKLyN started her career as a young musician and began DJing in high school. Since then, she has worked alongside many popular male DJ’s and hosted events for well-known musicians, models, government officials and numerous volunteer organizations. She has performed on AM, FM and Internet Radio Stations, is the first female member of a DJ group based in Brooklyn, New York known as “The Legendary Supreme Team”, and mentors two (2) teen DJ’s in South Florida. DJ TRooKLyN has been the headline DJ for the City of Miramar's Caribbean-American Heritage Celebration, Miami Fashion Week, tied for first place in the City of Opa Locka's Art of Transformation "Battle of the DJ's" Competition and was the resident DJ for the South Miami Dade Cultural Arts Center. She is known for her ability to seamlessly integrate different musical eras and genres, making her extremely versatile. After 21 years DJ TRooKLyN has retired, but still considers DJing a hobby and will continue to release mixes in the future.
