For my new listeners, this podcast explores how investing in diversity can lead to a high return in investment in pathology and laboratory medicine by learning from the knowledge and experiences of diverse voices within our field.So how are you all doing? Did your summer shape up the way you hoped it would? Did you finally get some rest and have that charcuterie board you really deserved? Are you almost done unpacking after moving to that new city for residency, fellowship, or job? Regardless, I hope you are adjusting well!I wanted to start off by thanking my guests from seasons 1 and 2 for sharing their stories. I also want to thank returning and new listeners for the season 3 release of the podcast. This season will have a mixture of pathologist, laboratory medicine professionals, pathologist assistants and physicians outside pathology.
