What is a diet? What does diet look like for you? What are some ways that you can improve? The group sits down to discuss how they see diet and how it operates in each of their lives. Diet becomes the building blocks of who you are. Right now, at least a lot of people I know my age do not advantage of the wealthy of healthy fresh food available, I myself personally often choose to eat greasy salty and sweet foods.
