A lot of times we surrender to that pain or betrayal and we never experience life and life more abundantly. When we experience this pain, we end up tolerating this. What you tolerate you allow to exist. Don't allow it to have authority over your life. Captivity has no place in the life of a believer. Jesus came to set the captives free. Don't make excuses for your captivity. If Jesus says I can be free indeed, I want to be free indeed. Don't let that pain and betrayal to ever be the driving factor of your life. Let Jesus be Lord over every area of your life. 1 Peter 5:8 your adversary is a roaring lion seeking who he can devour. He's looking for a broken place in your life that you haven't surrendered to the hand of God. The quality of your heart will determine the direction of your life. 9/1/24
