This episode 10 is special to my heart and affects everyone in one way or another....We love to skate, we hate cancer....The Mac Center in ER is hosting the famous Scott Hamilton with Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, S8 to Elimin8 Cancer event.
I had Sarah and Sophia in the studio for an inspiring story. From Sarah, MAC Skating director, efforts to raise awareness and fundraise (over $20,000 two years in a row!) for Alaska's Providence Children's Hospital, and then to Sophia (17) being a THREE-time cancer survivor.
