At the end of the day, when our time on this earth comes to an end, only two things matter. Where are you with Jesus and where are you with your family? Our Lord himself reflected that sentiment shortly before he breathed his last. He couldn’t leave this earth without knowing his mother would be okay. If family meant that much to him in the end, it seems it should equally mean as much to us now.
