It's a weird week as we close in on the anniversary of realizing corona virus was a serious thing and would start changing our lives forever. It seems strange to break life up into "before" and "after" corona when it's only been a year, but it still seems like a huge divider. Bridget has had quite the week with illness in her house and it's a fitting topic of conversation for how we generally feel this week!Don't despair, we opened some Irish beer (made by Guinness, but not Guinness Draught) and soldiered on with some joyful conversation. It's a neat and environmentally sustainable way to reimagine a classic product.Nick loves this NY Times story about Dolly Parton getting a dose of her own medicine. Literally she helped fund vaccine development and finally got her vaccine shot!Bridget found this awesome site called Saturday Morning Pancakes that has a lot of hilarious merch with punny sayings and hilarious 90s hip-hop references. You need to check it out.If you love beer and live in the Chicago-land area, you need to check out Solemn Oath Brewery. They currently have an awesome outside beer garden of trees and geodesic domes. It's amazing.
