How we as a corporation responds to Negative Reviews will show the world how we handle the tougher times. It's a reality in our current business climate that we will (eventually) receive a negative review - and it's extremely important how we handle them. I know myself as a consumer, I usually look for the negative reviews - and see how/if a company handles them - for any major purchase.
