May is Beef Month! To celebrate, we sat down with MOFB member Tanner Clark, who raises cattle with his family in Douglas County. Clark shared how he got started in the beef business and gives us some insight to his current operation. He is also running for a position on the Missouri Beef Industry Council to help continue laying the groundwork for generations to come.
