the both of us just came back from vacation, but the guilt we felt prevented us from completely enjoying ourselves. since it has always been our moms' dreams to come on luxurious vacations like ours, it felt wrong that we were there without them. it felt wrong that we were relaxing and reaping these benefits when they deserve it so much more. in this episode, we talk about the guilt that south asian children feel when they go on vacations, especially if their family wasn't able to afford many growing up. do we deserve this vacation?
