Kathy Caton is the Founder and Managing Director of Brighton's first distillery, making the multiple award-winning Brighton Gin. She is also an Award-winning freelance broadcaster, presenter and speaker with a broad range of experience varying from roles at BBC (Radio 4, BBC Sussex & BBC Surrey, World Service) to working with small independent production companies, and on one-off projects and commissions. She also produces and presents the drinks-focused podcast The Sipping Forecast.
