1. Meditation: Meditation is a powerful and natural treatment for people who suffer from depression and anxiety. Meditation will improve your health by strengthening your immune system. It can help with positive thinking, better sleep, and slow the aging process down.

2. Skincare: Daily facials will reduce dark spots, wrinkles, acne, etc. I will share all of the products I'm using that has helped me achieve clearer softer skin.

3. Reading: Reading for 15 to 30 mins a day expands your mind and gives you a different perspective on our situation and life. Reading allows creative thinking. It pulls you away from the distraction on social media. Reading also improves your vocabulary.
