In this episode of the Destination Discipline Podcast, we dive into the life of Andrew Russell. Andrew was born in Scotland - moved to America and is a now a social media manager and Cross-fit coach. Throughout the episode we talked about the continuous battle of Cystic Fibrosis - An inherited disorder that damages the lungs and digestive system. It wasn't until he was 23 when he was officially diagnosed, that created a clarity he hadn't had before. If it weren't for his love for fitness and cross-fit, and doing the best with what they knew, he may be in a different place. This is a powerful conversation, and I'm so grateful we could share it.
