On this episode of DesignIDEATE, we engage with Ms. Ineck, Director of Economic Development, Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP), who shares a fascinating story of working out-of-the-box toward high achievement in Strategic Economic Development.Working in the economic development field since 2004, Ms. Ineck in a leadership position at Boise Valley Economic Partnership, drives the business recruitment project management and strategy for the regional organization.  Prior to joining the BVEP in July 2021, she served multiple roles including Economic Development Director for the City of Nampa.
