Meet Rebeccah Steele. Her own health and wellness challenges whilst living in different countries and experiencing different cultures led her to study the fields of Sociology, Psychology and Energy Medicine which further defined her interest in people and their environments and how environments shaped the landscape of their emotions and wellbeing and created patterns.
Through her own experiences and knowledge base she has gained the wisdom of recognising patterns that promote wellness and wellbeing and patterns that create the feelings of exhaustion, depression and lack of wellbeing.
Rebeccah and I spoke about the importance of guarding our energy, and as a fellow Generator and expert in her field, she knows what this concept Is all about.
