When working on a building project, consider the professional associations of each consultant to understand their deliverables and qualifications.

If you have a preferred contractor, they may have a team of professionals such as structural engineers and building control consultants.

Before finalising, make sure that they have the necessary chartership and recommendations.

Also, confirm that they have experience in projects similar to yours, whether residential or commercial.


Q&A
Sliding pocket doors, are they any good? Do they work? When do you use them? How do you implement them?

You need to select the appropriate system for them. A cheap system would not be reliable. The sliding gear system, soft glaze, and frame system are all robust and of good quality.

The door leads are efficient in terms of space, aesthetically appealing when concealed within their pocket, and do not obstruct the view from one room to another.
