Hello, I am Dena, welcome to my page.
As a child, I discovered I was intuitive and into energy healing. I kept it to myself as others did not understand. I fully embraced it in my pre-teens/teens and learned more about it. In my early 20’s I became a CMT. I continually expanded into other modalities, finding my passion with Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness, and a Spiritual Life Coach. I love connecting and motivating others, empowering others, improving our mental wellness, and recognizing when our energetic vibration dips down and raising it back up to feel our best.
