Welcome to Episode 46 on "A letter to my 4 year old inner child". In this episode, I reflected on my experiences connecting with my inner children, particularly my 4 year old inner child, whom I have neglected all these years. I wrote this blog post in the form of a letter to my 4 year old inner child, to share my honest thoughts & feelings with her. Through it all, I hope that my experience will inspire any one who may be struggling with inner child wounds, to know that it is possible to heal & reconcile the past. I have done it, and so can you.
