Listen "EP59 - Shipping Smaller Stories"
Episode Synopsis
Something that Product Owners can continually get better at, is making the stories we tell, and ask for teams to work on, smaller. Smaller stories provide so many benefits to everyone and allow us to become more agile. There are lots of different ways to approach this and in this episode, we'll review some common ones that you can try on your own items. Even if your first step is just to make sure something doesn't last from day 1 to day 10 of a sprint, it's an improvement.
