Today, I'd like to share this powerful story of accompanying my friend, Jennifer, in her last days, and a moment when God was silent.  It's what I call an "on the cross moment."  An "on the cross moment" can happen during our life when we are experiencing a difficult time and we feel hopeless and alone.  And it can occur when we or someone we love is in their final days and is transitioning from this life.  This is also a story of somehow, a Grace arises and we discover that God abides with us and Love has the final say.
After sharing this story, I highlight five hope-filled realizations that came out of this experience accompanying Jennifer that I hope might offer you encouragement if you or someone you love is going through an "on the cross moment."
