People say, “No remakes!” Then they see them in theaters, as if to say, “Yes remakes!” Some want the same, some want different. It can be a losing battle. Much like the battles that me and my friend Chris (Starrapter) recall in this review of the live-action Mulan remake from Disney, which was released worldwide last March. This is pretty much Chris’ first Mulan movie, whereas I’ve seen Disney’s animated film (and its sequel that I just realized I did not mention at all).
