It is different for the one who is called to be a preacher, a teacher or a healing Evangelist for example. I have used the example of a commercial fisherman versus the hobbyist fisherman. The commercial fisherman is called to be an Evangelist preaching to large groups of peeps, whereas the hobbyist preaches to his neighbor, banker, posts on his social media sites, etc. Both preach, teach, and heal, but at very different levels.  Hey Ken why the fanatical details about fishing? What I am speaking against is the excuse that we can sometimes use to our own detriment is that the job is for someone else. Example: Hey I don’t need to preach, teach, or heal, we have Benny Hinn, or Reinhard Bonnke for such things. So in the context of teaching, this message is for the person who is called to be a commercial teacherman.
