Send us a textHello everyone!  I've got some of my pastoral theory lined up here, some of my plans for the future for my pastoral leadership.  I have three categories:1) Proclaiming the Basic Gospel Message: part of this is establishing a solid landing pad of beautiful church's worthy of God, hospitable people and a community devoted to fellowship.  Then, we train people to give the Gospel proclamation in every corner of our lives!2) Catechesis: I find the best way to do this is with online resources.3) Evangelization training.  The ways that I'm investing in is with workshops for specific groups, inviting people to Cursillo, advocating some key people to be trained spiritual directors so they can continue the process independently of the pastor (though in cooperation with him).
