As we come to understand and see the love of God in action through Christ Jesus, we become filled with all the fullness of God. Because He is the image of the invisible God, He is the image of love and illustrates the perfect depiction of what love in action looks like. Love's sacrifice for us should be imitated as we sacrifice our lives by crucifying our flesh and live for Christ in righteousness out of love for the Father and for one another. As He laid down His life for us, so we ought to do for one another. As we surrender to the Love of God and become filled with His love, this empowers us to crucify our flesh and walk in love and live a life that fully pleasing unto The Lord and that will be a blessing to impact and empower the lives of others.
