Greenleaf started its retail business in 2018 with our Retail Partner, Andrew Ziffer. After 4 years of retail investing, we have successfully purchased $45M in assets across 23 deals, spanning 6 states. Since that time, we have also sold 5 properties for an average IRR of over 34% for our investors.
