This is the full-on funk instrumental that I developed from a live drumtrack courtesy of Klaus Tropp, building up several guitar layers and a bassline. I developed the song over the course of 3rd October 2018 to a vocal version called "When the Beat Hits Your Heart", then remixed that version down to the instrumental as a notional B-side to a single.

Anyone who follows my sciencebase blog will know that lepidoptera (moths and butterflies) have become a recent photographic obsession, this specimen landed on my shorts when I was moth-ing with a scientific light trap back in late July this year.
