Episode Synopsis

Hello and a wonderful Monday morning to you in the name of Jesus.
We’re on to the last work week in the month of July. Amazing! We thank God for His help and His grace. We’ve been talking this month sharing in divinity. The fact that we’re partakers of God’s divine nature. Even in our humanity, He’s given us access to the grace and the power that is made available through His divinity. The Bible says in 2Peter 1:4 (NLT)
“And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.”
We’ve been looking at how these promises work, how they’re been fulfilled in Christ, the different promises and what they do for us. But if we do not know how to make these promises real in our lives, they will absolutely make no difference. So, how do we get these promises that have been fulfilled in Christ to move from there to become a living reality in our lives?
It’s important we understand that there is a process to bringing these things to pass. Just like the process of gardening, it is a deliberate process. If we want God’s word to manifest in our lives, there is a deliberate process to follow. The Bible says in Proverbs 4:20-22 (NKJV)
“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.”
What we see in this passage is how the word of God moves from the scroll (the paper or the electronic form on tablet devices) to a point where it literally begins to affect our lives. That scripture says “keep it in your heart, don’t let it depart from your eyes and your ears.” Finally, it comes to a point where the word of God becomes life to our bodies and health to our flesh. God wants His word to affect our lives and we can see that process laid out here in Proverbs 4:20-22. God wants His word not just to be alive on paper but He wants it to affect every single area of our lives. My prayer is that as we go through this last work week of this month, the word will become flesh in your life in the name of Jesus. That’s what the Bible says concerning Jesus in John 1: 14 (NKJV)
“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us...”
May the word become a living reality in your life in the name of Jesus. May it affect your walk, may it affect you in every area and bring the living reality of divinity into your life in Jesus Name.

God bless you! God keep you!!

Have a lovely week.
