First episode in 2 years!! This is a new segment I'm starting called Shower Thoughts. These will be my take and perspective on something I have been thinking about recently. My Shower Thought for today is where is our extra energy going? We have adapted as humans and now have extra energy to use elsewhere; how are we using it? I realized it's probably going to pointless things if I am being honest.
