It's difficult because, well, things are changing. Things are changing in our day and in our life.  And sometimes we don't like change. It doesn't seem to help us or benefit us in any way, shape or form. Sometimes it does, but sometimes it doesn't. And change can be hard. It can be difficult. So that's what we're going to talk about today, is how can you continue to shine bright through change?
