This podcast is based around my rules for being a kickass adult. Over the past 50 years, I have used myself as a guinea pig, of sorts, testing these rules out. We will discuss the ones that worked, and should be carved into stone, as well as the ones I threw to the side. I am all about making us all better humans, even if it is at my own expense.
