Kyle Carnohan is a true Super Human Father. He’s a body and mind transformation coach, dedicated firefighter, dedicated to his wife for over 20 years and truly dedicated to his 5 kids.
Kyle started Super Human Fathers as an instragram account a few years back.
Kyle was, at times, short with his kids, sarcastic with his wife and lazy around the house. He would use excuses in order to get out of being his best self.
He used the instagram to announce his shortcomings to the world. He put his true self out there for everyone to see.
He began to connect with other fathers that had the same shortcomings.
So, he reached out to coaches and gurus. He also started reading books and listened to podcasts.
Once Kyle really tapped into that true voice, his personal progress in every aspect of life began to skyrocket.
Kyle began taking full responsibility by taking massive action in the things that mattered most in his life.
As he leveled up so did his wife and kids. As did many others he came in contact with.
He had dozens of men reach out to him asking for help and guidance. They were trying to tap in, but did not know where to start.
SUPER HUMAN FATHERS was born. It started out as 20, then 50, then 100 then 200. Now they have their sights set on 1,000 before the end of the year.
It has become a brotherhood. A group of men holding each other accountable to live the no excuse, nonnegotiable life.
Kyle found a home. A team. A family.
