This week, Yael Ginzburg speaks with Bella Silberfein about moving through the changes of life with grace. Collectively, we experienced so much change in the last two years. In our personal lives, and in the way many businesses existed. Today we spoke about how Bella and Bhakti fest navigated these changes, dissolving the limits we put on ourselves, releasing self doubt, creating community, how to let go of the pressure to fit in to a certain ‘box' but in any field making it your own and more.
Bella Silberfein is the Event coordinator and Co-founder of Luna Sol retreats; the post COVID evolution of Bhakti fest. Bhakti fest, which was founded by her father Sridar Silberfein, is one of the most well known yoga and sacred music events in the world, hosting many inspiring artists and teachers like Krishna Das, Ram Das, Deepak Chopra and more. Bella who grew up at the festival shares her unique experience.
