Layne has been spending her time this year writing songs and today she's decided to share one with all of us. We talk about what it feels like when someone makes fun of something that we're proud of or puts us down. We also discuss the fact that as we get older, the voices of doubt in the back of our minds seem to get a little louder.Although things can sometimes knock us down, we have to remember not to allow anyone to break our spirit.
