Imad is a Syrian chef,award-winning restaurateur, cookbook author, entrepreneur and refugee. Imadoperated three successful restaurants, several juice bars and cafes in Damascusbut was forced to flee his country and seek safety when his businesses weredestroyed by the war. He made his way to the United Kingdom via Lebanon,Turkey and a host of European countries sharing his cooking skills withhundreds up other refugees along the way.
