My name's Jordan Skinner,  I am your host and this week I'm speaking with the CEO of the Australian Constructors Association, John Davies. John and I had a really cool conversation and I enjoyed our time together. We touched on a range of topics, including things like, why are we seeing so many insolvencies at the minute, we spoke about their FAIR Program which is an initiative to bring forward a national consistent approach to implementing broad industry reforms. We also touched on why we're not seeing enough women entering the construction industry and the labor shortages in general. All in all, basically what we tried to do was solve the world's problems in a 30 minute podcast.
