People everywhere are looking for commitment from someone! Will someone show up for work? Can I trust this person with finances? Will this put thought into this project? Trusting people  to commit to completing a work deadline, being loyal to an employer, etc. are all issues people are seeking resolution to in their daily lives. Numbers of people have no comprehension of the term "Covenant". The Scriptures speaks to God's faithfulness to complete and hold to His Word constantly. He initiates a covenant and He is faithful to complete the covenant. He also ALWAYS Remembers His covenant. In Genesis 9:8-17 Phil will teach on God's covenant with Noah and his sons.  The Scriptures teaches in Genesis 9:8-17 on Common Grace: God's universal goodness to all men now and through to the end of time.
