CrossOver Fitness podcast will be about life lessons that I and others have learned in sports, fitness and training that has helped us to become better. These life lessons can also be used in other areas like being a father, husband, minister, entrepreneur, director and friend. Sometimes all it takes is for us just to remember what it felt like to win and the process that we had to go through to succeed.
