Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment. Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy.
Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD

I’m a 36 yr old dad, who happens to be a fitness professional with Crohn’s disease, with a little help from my friends at Crohn’s and Colitis UK I want to help put people’s minds at ease when thinking about exercising with Crohn’s disease!
