Today I am joined with Aliyah who's Mum has had Crohn's Disease for 20 years. She speaks about a project she has made and her team called conquer Crohns and Colitis it is to help people battaling Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and IBD. There is also a recent project called that your not a Burden. Alaigh explains all her amazing in more depth and how you can share your own story. This is a great listen me and alaigh have been talking for a while this episode is great becasue we were able to put a afce to it. Episode 10 is brillant and some great advise saying you are never alone.
