The adventure begins.  Kenneth, a young boy with mysterious powers arrives in Surfloat Town with an injured Rowlet searching for answers.  Theo, a devout member of the Church of Slowking disobeys orders.  Brandi, an ex-cheerleader for the Pokemon Champion living with her mum gets an email.  And a storm of supernatural proportions is about to dance all of the town.
