What feelings come up for you in your summer break?
Do you find it hard to switch off? Do you find yourself disappointed at how quickly the time goes? Or that your holiday doesn’t quite meet your expectations?
When we put aside our work, it’s interesting to observe how we fill up that time. This summer I’ve taken more solitude than usual and I’ve made space for deep rest and Wrelaxation. Something I crave but also find challenging to stay present with when given the opportunity.
